The Securities Commission has completed an inquiry under the Securities Act 1978 into matters concerning Ceramco Corporation Limited and trading in the company's shares on the New Zealand Stock Exchange in the period 1 August 1993 to 28 February 1994. The Commission has decided it will not issue a report.
