The Securities Commission has read the report on the Wilson Neill Limited sharedealing matter which appeared in the National Business Review this morning.

The Commission observes that the barrister's opinion has not yet been completed and has not yet been presented to Wilson Neill or to the Commission. We understand that the opinion will be completed next week. We strongly recommend to the media that they should refrain from speculating on the opinion until it has been released.
