Peninsula Club Retirement Resort - advertisement prohibited

The Securities Commission, acting under the authority of section 44A of the Securities Act 1978, has made an order prohibiting the distribution of any advertisement in relation to the promotion of interests in the Peninsula Club Retirement Resort. The Retirement Resort is situated on the Whangaparoa Peninsula near Auckland.

The Commission understands that interests in the Retirement Resort have been promoted by Melita Properties Limited, Miskin Enterprises Limited and Chismon Limited. Gary Rowland Crawford and Wendy Ann Crawford are officers of these companies.

Members of the general public are advised to exercise caution before paying or committing money to any of the above persons in respect of any interest in the Peninsula Club Retirement Resort.
