Waltus Investments Limited

The Securities Commission acting, under the authority of section 44A of the Securities Act 1978, has made an order prohibiting the distribution of certain advertisements of:

Waltus Investments Limited

for the offer of securities in relation to Ascot Properties Limited and Storecool Properties Limited. Mr J.N. & Mr S.P. Hodge are the directors of Waltus Investments Limited.

Members of the general public are advised to exercise caution before paying or committing money for the subscription of securities in Ascot Properties Limited and Storecool Properties Limited until such time as prospectuses are registered.
