EMTC to repay all investors - advice to investors

The Securities Commission issued the attached media release on 20 June 1995 about the Executive Millionaires Trust Club ("EMTC").

Since that release the Commission has been informed by EMTC that steps are now being taken to repay all persons who have invested money in the scheme. Mr Raoul Winter, speaking on behalf of EMTC, has confirmed the following to us:

"The EMTC is to immediately begin repayment of the deposits made by members of the club. It is anticipated that, whilst these payments cam begin immediately, there will be some time delay in paying all deposits back as substantial funds are still in offshore accounts".

Mr Winter has also confirmed that EMTC is no longer being promoted as a consequence of the prohibition order made by the Securities Commission.

We recommend that persons who have deposited funds with EMTC should take prompt action to secure repayment in accordance with this assurance to them.
