Diamond Investments Limited - Cancellation of Prospectus

The Securities Commission decided on 21 November 1991 to cancel the prospectus of Diamond Investments Limited for redeemable preference shares dated 17 October 1991. The Commission considered that the prospectus was misleading in a material particular. The directors of Diamond Investments Limited are Stephen Walter Colson, Aurielle Antoinette Colson, Craig Andrew Leishman, Denis Terence Thorner and Robert Stuart Dunning. Stephen Walter Colson is the majority shareholder in Diamond Investments Limited.
