Fortex Group Limited (in receivership and in liquidiation)
The Securities Commission has concluded it inquiry into aspects of the affairs of Fortex including trading in its listed securities prior to the appointment of receivers to the company in March 1994.
A copy of the report is now available to representatives of the media from the Securities Commission at:

The report is released under embargo to 1:00 a.m. on Wednesday 18 October 1995.
Media representatives will observe that there are pending criminal proceedings which touch on some matters referred to in the report. It will also be observed that the Commission has not made findings on the insider trading matters dealt with in the report.
