Landcare Resources Limited prospectus cancelled
The Securities Commission, acting under section 44 of the Securities Act 1978, has cancelled the registration of the registered prospectus of Landcare Resources Limited dated 6 October 1995.
The company had informed the Commission that its directors had withdrawn the prospectus and that all application moneys had been returned in full to subscribers. The Commission believed it important in the interests of subscribers to take this formal action in order to confirm their legal entitlement to this full refund of subscriptions. The purpose of the prospectus had been to raise funds to finance a rabbit recovery and processing plant near Queenstown.
