New Zealand Law Commission - discussion paper on life insurance
The Law Commission has released Preliminary Paper 53: Life Insurance.
This discussion paper sets out the current law, raises issues, and invites comment on the framework for regulation and supervision of life insurers and life insurance products in New Zealand.
Submissions are invited on the paper by 17 March 2004.
