News Release

MHT (No. 2) FUND - WARNING TO INVESTORS

People should exercise great care before making any financial commitment to the MHT (No. 2) Fund.

Advertisements for investments associated with this fund have been banned by the Securities Commission because they do not comply with the law.

Persons who have already invested in the fund should take immediate action to secure repayment of any moneys.

The Commission is informed that the fund has been promoted in Queenstown in particular, by a Mr Dave Heenan. The Commission is also informed that investment moneys previously held on behalf of the fund by Auckland solicitor, Peter White, have been returned to Mr Heenan for the purpose of repayment to investors. If investors have not received a full refund they should immediately contact Peter White, Barrister & Solicitor, P. O. Box 47060, Ponsonby, Auckland - telephone 09 376 6771, facsimile 09 376 2422. Investors may also wish to contact Mr Heenan who we believe may be contacted at facsimile 03 441 1400, P. O. Box 868, Queenstown.
