News Release

WARNING - KIPLING INVESTMENTS LIMITED

Anybody approached by Kipling Investments Limited and asked to buy or sell shares should be wary of committing any money to the company.

Kipling Investments Limited claims to be a Canadian company. It has been soliciting investors by telephone in various countries including New Zealand.

The Ontario Securities Commission has issued an Investor Alert regarding the company. See www.osc.gov.on.ca

Kipling Investments Limited is not registered as a securities dealer under Ontario legislation. Efforts by the Ontario Securities Commission to identify the people involved with the company have not been successful.

The New Zealand Securities Commission has routinely warned people of the very high risks of investing with overseas firms known only from telephone conversations.

We continue to receive complaints from people who have sent money overseas and found it very difficult to get either their money back or the promised shares.

Anyone wishing to buy or sell shares overseas would be well advised to work through brokers known by them to be of good standing.
